Database

REDCap is an application operated by the University of Vanderbilt and supported by the National Institutes of Health (NIH / NCATS UL1 TR000445), which we use to build and analyze anonymised clinical data. Together with the clinicians involved in our project, we have developed and are using this database, made up of data from 180 patients and their Staphylococcus aureus isolates, to investigate the relationship between bacterial phenotype and genotype and clinical symptoms.
